Competitive Salary–Market surveys are conducted to ensure our wages are competitive.
Paid Time Off (PTO)–Aggressive accrual rates after one year of employment with employees earning up to 25 days of PTO. (PTO includes vacation, holiday, sick time, and personal time).
Comprehensive Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage–Goodwill pays 80% of the premium; employees pay 20% of the premium for both single and family coverage.
Dental Insurance–Comprehensive dental coverage, 100% employee paid. Participation includes a vision discount program.
Pension Plan–Goodwill contributes to the pension plan following one year of service and 1,000 hours of work.
Life Insurance–Policy values are equal to 1X your annual salary. Goodwill pays 100% of the premium.
